SHIPPING RATES

Free delivery in Hong Kong with all orders over $500 in value. Orders under $500 in value are charged a flat rate of $35 for delivery. All delivery in Hong Kong is handled by SF Express unless with special request.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Returns: If you have an item that you wish to return, please write to us on our Contact Us page or call (852) 2858 8973 within 30 days of receipt. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. For orders placed between December 25th and January 1st, we accept returns through January 31st of the following year.

Tea Exchanges: Tea Forté will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless due to company error. You must email us at orders@tea-concepts.com or call (852) 2858 8973 in advance.

Accessory Warranty: All Tea Forté accessories carry a limited one-year warranty on manufacturer defects. Proof of purchase must be provided to show that the purchase is within the timeframe to receive a replacement. Please retain purchase receipts for your records. For third-party products not produced by Tea Forté, please see specific manufacturer warranty (usually located on the product box) for specific terms and conditions. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.
